Who We Are
Martin is the Managing Director of the L2M Brand Accelerator. He's a skilled consumer CEO, CPG product and ecommerce manager having led RedEnvelope, Norm Thompson, GiftTree and held management positions at Nestle and E&J Gallo. He's known as an analytical business leader with broad experience and an active member of the Oregon business community. He's an angel investor with the Oregon Venture Fund (since 2014). He sits on the board of Gearup Sports and Dry Creek Vineyards.
In the non-profit world, he is the board chair for James Beard Public Market Foundation working to build a permanent public market in Portland honoring the legacy of Portland's most famous culinary native son. He is also an advisor to Thomas Jefferson foundation at Monticello in Charlottesville, VA where he grew up. He loves good wine, entertaining and any sport with a racquet.
Pat is Owner and CEO of Bridgewell Agribusiness which was purchased in a management buyout from Bridgewell Resources in 2018. From 2013 — 2018, Pat was CEO and President of Bridgewell Resources.
He moved to Portland from Philadelphia after a successful career at Susquehanna International Group ("SIG"), where he served in a number of roles including Chief Operating Officer, Head of New Business Development and Head of Trader Development. Pat approaches opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and he applies a rigorous analytical approach to business decision making. Since moving to Portland, Pat is actively involved in the Oregon Entrepreneurs Network, a mentor at Built Oregon, and angel investor active with the Angel Food Annual Conference.
He also volunteers as a teacher at Riverdale School. As a passionate sports fan, he loves golf, the Philadelphia Eagles, the Portland Trail Blazers and his alma mater Swarthmore College.
